Introducing Zones On CSGORoll

Introducing Zones On CSGORoll

We’re rolling out a brand new rewards system designed to benefit our most active users - 96% of our community - along with a new risk slider for daily free cases.

Before we get into how it all works, here’s a quick, honest rundown of what’s coming your way, and how we’re improving CSGORoll.

Risk Slider for Daily Free Cases

Starting Tuesday 15th April, you’ll be able to choose the risk on your daily cases with the following presets - 5% - 10% - 20% - 25% - 40% - 50% - 60%.

This stops the randomisation of the risk of your daily frees - a feature we know you've been asking for!

The Lag Issue

We know that there’s an issue with lag on CSGORoll. That’s why we’re dedicating some serious resources to tackle the performance issues affecting our platform and sometimes HypeDrop too. We’ve even created a #FuckTheLag taskforce to make sure we sort everything out before any new features are launched.

On top of that, any user interface updates will be built on a faster framework, so you’ll notice improvements in design and performance.

If you’re still facing lag issues, we’ve added a new bug reporting feature to help us get to the bottom of it. Your feedback will make a huge difference.

Promises We Made (And What’s Coming)

We know we’ve promised a lot of new features and updates that we haven’t delivered. Right now, we’re focusing on fixing the lag, and once we’ve done that, we’ll be sharing a new roadmap with everything coming soon.

Level 110 & 120 Cases

If the new system performs as we expect, we're all in for the expansion of level 110 and 120 cases. We know this is something you’ve been asking for, so we’re going to keep you in the loop as we monitor the results.

Midnight Resets

We know you want daily free case resets at midnight, but the reality is, if we release them at that time, CSGORoll could crash due to all the traffic. We’re working on different options to offer a smoother reset experience, like letting users pick their reset time or randomly assigning them to spread the load.

Tipping Feature

A lot of you want a tipping feature, but right now, it’s not something we’re planning to add. However, if you’ve been banned on Steam and still have funds in your account, you can reach out to support for a transfer to another account after a brief security check.

You can contact support here - https://www.csgoroll.com/contact

E-Sports

We’re looking at switching to a different esports provider to give you better multipliers. But for now, there are no plans to add traditional sports betting to the platform.

Seasonal Events

We released our Easter/Spring event on March 31st 2025 for both CSGORoll and HypeDrop.

And because we know you love interactive events, we’ve cooked up something special - Case Race. In the words of our streaming team:

Bear witness as your favourite host, Lars, goes head to head against the viewers in an all out case battle confrontation where he looks to evade performing forfeits you wouldn’t want your mother catching you doing.

Don’t miss out on the antics. Make sure to tune at kick.com/csgoroll for your chance at free sponsored case battles, gems and more!

Rain

Rain is on the horizon for both CSGORoll and HypeDrop, with an expected release in April/May.

Partnering with CSGORoll

Whether you're a viewer or an experienced creator, we’re always open to partnership talks. However, having a consistent following of 50/100+ viewers makes it a little more likely that we’ll explore opportunities together.

Now, here’s what’s changing when it comes to rewards.

Zones – What’s Changing?

Right now, 4% of users are withdrawing rewards without actively participating in CSGORoll. This is preventing us from making the rewards better for the 96% of you who are.

So we’re making a change - and it’s a good one. We're launching a new rewards system that gives more back to the players who genuinely use CSGORoll.

We’re introducing Zones, a new system where your XP targets are personalised based on your activity. It's our way of making sure active players get the best rewards, while still being fair to everyone.

*We know this is a big change, and if you’re feeling unsure about it, we get it. Please take a few minutes to read through this properly. Our team’s worked hard on finding the best possible balance between keeping rewards fun and fair.

What Does It Mean For You?

It’s simple. With Zones, you can now earn up to +10% more per week in your daily free rewards. These bonuses can amount to a maximum of 125% over time.

Every week, you'll get a new XP target based on how many rewards you claim. Hit that target and your rewards go up. Miss it, and they drop slightly.

What If You Don’t Play On CSGORoll?

If you’re not really playing on CSGORoll and just logging in to collect and withdraw your daily rewards, they will start to shrink. You can still claim and withdraw your rewards if you’d like to, but they’ll drop by -5% each week unless you hit your XP goal.

So, if you want to keep your daily frees high, you’ll need to stay active.

How Easy Is It To Reach Weekly XP Targets?

Honestly? Very easy. If you haven’t been active or your reward % is low, your XP target will reflect that.

Plus, to make sure our new system is fair for everyone, players with lower base reward percentages will have lower targets. If you're one of these players, this means it'll be easier for you to boost your rewards.

You can see what your personal target is by heading to - https://www.csgoroll.com/boxes/world/daily-free.

Can You Explain The Finer Details?

Absolutely. There are four main zones - Safe, Challenge, Green and VIP.

Week 1 -  Safe Zone

Everyone starts in the Safe Zone during their first week. If you’re in the Safe Zone, you won’t see any changes - no bonus or penalty. It’s essentially a “rest” week if you haven’t been active on the website.

Week 2 - Moving to the Challenge Zone

If you claimed rewards in Week 1, you’ll enter the Challenge Zone in Week 2. (If you stay inactive, you remain in the Safe Zone.) As soon as you’re in the Challenge Zone, you have an XP target to reach, based on the rewards you claimed the previous week.

  • Hit your XP target - Earn a +5% boost on your rewards. (If your rewards are already at 100%, hitting the target will maintain that level but won’t increase it further.)
  • Miss your XP target - Get a -5% penalty on your rewards for the following week.

Week 3 - Progress to the Green Zone and beyond

If you hit your XP target in the Challenge Zone, congratulations! You move up to the Green Zone. Now you’ll have two XP targets to aim for. Reach the standard Green Zone target for a +5% bonus, or go for the VIP target to earn a +10% bonus. (If your rewards are already at 100%, hitting the VIP target will increase your rewards by +5%, allowing you to reach the 125% maximum.)

If you don’t meet your target in the Challenge Zone, you stay there and continue competing for the ±5% adjustments.

This cycle continues weekly, giving you chances to earn bigger bonuses, or risk a small penalty, based on your activity and XP progress.

Taking a break? No problem. If you go inactive and stop claiming rewards, don’t worry - you’ll be automatically placed back into the Safe Zone. That means your rewards % will be frozen with no bonus or penalty, ready and waiting for when you decide to jump back in.

How Do I Move Between Zones?

To keep things fair and balanced, you can only move one zone at a time per week. Here’s how that works.

  • Safe → Challenge - If you claimed a reward last week, you’ll enter the Challenge Zone this week.
  • Challenge → Challenge - Missed your XP target. Rewards drop by -5%.
  • Challenge → Green - Hit your XP target. You’re on track. Rewards increase by +5% up to 100%
  • Green → VIP - Surpass your XP target. You’ve earned that extra boost.
  • Green → Green - Stay in the green zone and your rewards will increase by +5% - or stay the same if above 100%
  • Green → Challenge - Missed your target, drop back down.
  • VIP → Green - All VIPs start in Green the following week (with the buffer bonus).

A Quick Recap

  • We’ve launched a new rewards system to reward active players with up to +10% boosts per week, amounting up to 125% max.
  • Your XP targets are personalised each week based on your activity.
  • End the week in one of these 4 zones, and the following happens -
  • → VIP Zone (extra boost for smashing XP goals) +5% up to 125%, +10% if under 100%
  • → Green Zone (solid rewards +5%, stays the same if above 100%)
  • → Challenge Zone (-5% depending)
  • → Safe Zone (no changes)
  • You can only move one zone per week, so it’s all about consistency.
  • Just collecting without playing? Rewards drop by 5% each week until you're active again.

What Happens Next?

We’ll be keeping a close eye on how things go over the next few weeks, collecting feedback and making improvements where needed. Remember, this new system is designed to reward players who actually use the platform, and we think you’ll really like where it's going.
